I know what people are saying about altezzas. So the only way around it is clear lenses all together (with colored bulbs inside of course). My question is if anybody knows if this is legal in Florida?

Altezza lights are DOT approved so there legal ANYWHERE. As for tailights try Clearcorners.com. The do custom acrylic lenses if you send them tailights which can be used or new just make sure there are clean and you must email them first to get an order number then put the lights in the box with a money order. They do business in a strange way but if anyone gets through to them and gets their lights cleared out, let me know at xb81le@yahoo.com. As for Altezzas you guys will have to retrofit them from another car.
The 88-91 civic has lights that seem to be around the same size as a camry but custom work must be done which costs $. Maybe Toysport will be of help.

DOT approved does NOT mean it's legal. Altezza's are still ILLEGAL here in Canada UNLESS they're stock...on a IS300, Altima, etc. However, so many damn cars in TO have them (I saw a Blazer with them) that I think the police aren't really fining anymore...I guess there's safety in numbers.
