need help with bad looking tires..

I recently got this rim cleaner but it never mentioned covering up the tire. So now the tires look like i spray painted them or something.. it's bad..

I tried using rough brushes and nothing seems to work to get it off now. Could I just buy black spray paint and paint the tires so they're black again?

hehe.. this sounds so dumb I know.. but what can I do now?

just peel out a lil and ruff up the tires, or drive over some gravel and stuff

it's on the sidewall though, not the part that contacts the ground, and the tire spray stuff.. is it black spray? because I dont want to risk glossing the ugly graystuff that's now on the sides..

i say just sand it down and smooth it up a bit. surely it will come off with sanding...unless its really deep in there.

hmm...maybe try acetone if the tires aren't painted ones to begin with.
