Outside door handle

I am trying to replace the outside door handle on my 96 Camry.
The Hanynes book says to disconnect the control links from the lock cylinder and outside handle. For the outside handle you pull up on a plastic clip and then pull the wire off.

It looks like it may be the same for the lock cylinder but I cannot move the plastic clip. Does anyone know which way it is supposed to go. Left, right or straight back.

Really need some help.
Thanks

Never mind.

You pull straight back and it swings up. You can then work the handle out after undoing the two bolts. You don't need to undo the lock cylinder bolt which would be pretty hard to do anyway.
