Loose Dash Vents

The center dash vents in our '98 Camry are loose. They no longer stay put in place, they just droop down. Is this a common problem for a car with 16K miles on it? Any "non-ghetto" solution to this? How do you thake them out?
Thanks.

This is common on the usa built camrys. In order to get the panel off to adjust them you will have to take out the radio to get to the screw holding the vent panel in place. After that you are on your own for figuring out how to tighten them.
