3VZ-FE is the 3.0L V6 used in the early gen3 camry's, and the gen2 ES300's of the same years.

the 5sfe is a 2.2L 4-cyl engine used in all gen3 and gen4 camry's.

5vz-fe is the same family as the 3vz but 3.4L displacement (I think) and was used in trucks mounted for a RWD setup instead of a FWD like in the camry. They also used a 3vz-e in truc ks too, again mounted for RWD.
