My Camry is now Dead

Ok for the past week I had what I thought was some brake problems. Well I fixed the brakes and then It was still happening. So I thought hey maybe it is the CV's, nope they are fine. Well I took it to the shop this morning and the car is just dead. I almost got in two accidents and almost hit like 10 telephone poles trying to get it back home. I don't have enough money to put into it to get it back up and running so it is just a sitting heap now in the front lawn. I really don't think it is worth it so I am looking for a new car now. Another Toyota of course. I don't have a lot of money like I said so the search is going to suck hard for a new (used) car. This upset me today, knowing that I have to let the gen 2 go...

This just hasn't been my day today, I don't think it is going to be any better. I just bought rims, a new gauge cluster, all this shit for the camry and now it is just dead.

Sigh...

Old or as new as I can get. Camry, corolla, supra, doesn't matter

My baby This really hurts me, I love this car...

It's like a real person to me

What is even worse is that I think I am going to get fired today from work

Phew ! that sucks ! It seems that when you have problems, they all come at the same time !

Why wouldn't you just buy an old (and cheap) gen2 and use one of the 2 cars as a parts car for the other ? I am sure you could finf one for 100 or 200 bucks. It might be the cheapest solution and give you lots of spare parts (including the ones you just bought) but would however ask a bit of work.

Hope this helps

sad to know another gen 2 died out..I agree with Nico, just get another cheap gen 2 with decent condition and work on it..

What year is your gen 2? just in case you end up parting it out let me know,I need a left side mirror
