question about tein springs

I was just wondering if someone could tell me what this means in like idiots for springs heh. I want to know what's the drop on the tein s-tech spring for camry 97-01 http://www.tein.com/ti/l16-sxv20l.html
and i guess the h-tech
http://www.tein.com/ti/l16-sxv20l.html i don't think the spring rate is the drop right? cause s-tech front=2.7 rear=3.7 (sounds like a killer drop) and h-tech front=2.4 rear=2.9, but as most of the time I'm probably wrong

your reading it wrong i think. what u are listing is the spring rate not ride height.
