Need Help on 3s-fe camry

Hey all ive been searching the web for hours now looking for some help and i stumbled here and after reading through some of the posts i hope someone can help me. I have a 91 camry with a 3s-fe engine in it....well my first quesiton is it possible to turbo it in anyway...there's a link http://camry.netfirms.com/ that says i can do it but doesnt have any instruction's or info on the turbo itself....also is it possible for me to convert to a 3s-gte or 4a-ge engine....id rather just turbo my 3s-fe since i dont wanna drop alot of money but just curious about the engine if i find one for cheap....thanks to all that help. much epreciated
