from my understanding, all toyota cars has 3 years bumper to bumper warranty.

so if I change my spring to trd spring
Ater 1 or 2 years, I killed my shocks... can I go back to toyota ask them to replace for me, since i use TRD springs warranty should still be valid.

I don't think any dealer would guarantee that, though it's possible if you have your dealer install the TRD springs. Your best bet is to spend some extra money and get the upgraded struts also, this way, you won't get charged for labor time and time again. Suppose your OEM struts were to be replaced under warranty, they can still charge you for labor fees since your car isn't considered stock anymore.
