I had rattle on left side rear suspension and the local toyota dealershop tightened the bolts on upper strut mount. They said it was very loose. I am just curious you can actually reach the bolt by removing the trunk liner. I thought you have to remove the seats to reach them.

Thanks.

you dont have to remove the trunk liner or anything, just fold down the back seats and remove the 3rd brake lamp cover, then remove the piece that holds the speaker grills and voila...

Duc, he has a Solara so I don't think its the same as our Gen3 Cams. In any case, Hyung, you should send the bill to BC Auto since they fooked up the strut install.

Jeff.
That's what I am trying to do. I went to BC Auto and showed them the bill, and they can't give me the money because they don't understand what is written on the bill. The toyota mechanic said they removed the trunk liner to tighten the bolt. What BC auto is argueing is, it is impossible to reach the bolt from the trunk. These guy is pissing me off. I am pretty sure they left the bolt untight when they installed the Eibach spring and it slowly got more loose. I hope one of my family is a lawyer.
