Question Pimpin my ride?

Okay, so I'm about to inharit my dads 1998 Camry. It's not a horrible car, but it's a 4 door all white car, with bug splatter stains all over the grill and mirror... so it's not exactly the most eye turning car.
Anyway, I was going to try and work on it a little bit to try and get it to be eye turning, but not look out of place (i.e. making it look like a racer, which it doesn't have the body for). I was thinking some exterior designing, maybe a paint job, but I'm not to good with model make overs. My friends and I that work on cars dont have a nice ride yet, we just have a CRX racer. So, i'm lost in this world (hell, i'm just getting the hang of that world).

Any idea's? Please help someone.

Thanks.

put some good ol elbow grease on and clean and wax the car.

Stick around and see what others have done to their Camrys for ideas. Hopefully you'll learn somthing here and enjoy and appreciate the great car you're dad was gracious enough to give to you.

Welcome to TN.

Hey, ya kool. Sorry if I came accross as disrespectful or something. The car works great, except for a broken lock in the back seat driver side (you have to lock/unlock it manually), and it the clock is broken, and there's a raddling in the engine that no one can figure out what it is. I was just keeping my eye on another car that I've been following the brand for a while. But, I'm just going to make due with what I got, that's why I came here. I'll keep my eyes peeled though. Thanks, sorry again if I came off bad.

To add on to what I just said so i dont sound totally lazy or anything... I do google searches and stuff for 1998 Toyota Camry Car Mods or Modulation or whatever, but as I said, I'm not as familiar with exterior designs, so i get these results back that dont really have much to do with it, and I'm lost as to what to look for. So that's why I'm asking, better get a site someone else likes, then something I have no idea bout.

Dude, I am starting to see the serious light! What kinda kits are those for the lips at the base of the car. And your interior design is nice. I already have some subwoofers and speakers that will do fine in the car, but where'd you get that seating (not planning on rippin off of you, just browsin with that stuff). Thanks for the view.

Haha, I wont do that, my friends and I make cars go fast, if it goes fast, and it really pisses all of us off when people are ricers. I'm new into that, and nobody in my family has any idea bout cars, so i'm still learning, but hey, i'm learning.

You can do tons of things to a 98 camry. The first thing you might wanna do is check out the Camry FAQ that is stickied at the top of this forum. It has quite a bit of useful info.
