Any tips on replacing an O2 sensor for a '00 4cyl camry?

I've got 74,000km on my camry. My fuel economy seems to be steadily dropping, Im thinking of changing the 02 sensor at the exhaust header. Seems to be 2 bolts holding it down. Is it easy to replace the 02 sensor? Does it need new gaskets or something? What is the correct torque for these bolts?

dont worry too much about correct torque for the bolts, yes they are easy to replace if you go with ome sensors, i went with aftermarket since the dealer is closed around me and after markets dont come with the connecter jack so you have to splice wires and what not. you can also try and use a can of seafoam (if you can get some) i found that helped me a bit with gas mileage.
