I have a 94 Camry V6 XLE
There has been this noise for a good while it sounds coming from the engine area like right beneath the panel that says v6 camry or w/e, it sounds like the signal just less toned down like tick tick tick tick continously its not as loud as the signal, some other cars make a similar type noise when you drive it for long periods of time, and then you turn it off as its cooling down you hear it, well its very similar to that, and soon as i start the car it pretty much happens so i know its not the heat?!?! anyone have any ideas, thanks for the help and taking time to read this

my dads Honda Odyssey had something similar to your problem...
for us it turned out to be the transmission

.....we had to get it reconditioned (costed AU$3000), then a few months later we had to sell the car because it had some other unrelated problems (i wont go into that here)

I hope your problem isnt like that...
