A/F tuning.... help ... safc???

hey guys

heres the problem...ive read threads of other 3vzfe being able to push past redline.

my car cant, it just goes up to about 5500 and slowly gets to 6000 and jsut stays at there.

ive done that AFM mod where you turn it CC 3-5 five notches. i suspect that might be the reason why i cant hit redline anymore, but why, shouldnt it do the opposite??? the mod says it supposed to increase the A/F ratio

and does anyone know if hooking up a safc to a gen 3 camry is possible, because its not on Apexi's application chart

thanks.

I wouldn't screw around with the AFM when you find out how much it is brand new.

Just get an SAFC, you can search the forum for wiring diagrams.

You can hook up an SAFC, but it honestly won't help much unless you are FI or have extensive NA mods. Some may disagree, but I don't think its worth the money.
