Got a Camry yesterday

Got a Camry for my wife yesterday and wanted some advice on what the first performance mod for horse power should be? and how expensive would it be? Its a stock 2000 Camry LE 4 cyl with 62K miles on it.

You might want to read through the sticky on the top of the forum, it has a lot of good info in it.

A lot of people are going to say an intake though.

Definetly intake or K+N drop in filter. Exhaust. Don't know if they make headers for the car of that Gen body style. Basically up grade your intake air, and upgrade to get it out of the car quickly.

Later,

Bart

The breathing mods first. Intake, headers, catback exhaust. Then I'd be done with my performence mods besides maybe some MSD ignition wires and performence plugs. To make the most of the mods, use Mobil 1 synthetic oil and at least 89 octane gas.
