Well decided to redo my trunk in hopes of being competitive at the NSPL world finals....so here is the setup so far. Basically took a sheet of 3/4s BDF, a 1 lbs box of screws, 2 tubes of silicone sealant, and a few cuts and a hurt back...lol....but it definately sounds a lot louder and really hits those low tones better than the last setup. We will see when I get metered this weekend. I will eventually (if it does hit louder) be placing a baffle-board w/ custom cutouts and neon, all carpeted...so it will look clean. Well heres the pic.

Thanks! Yea I am a bit nervous....would be really mad if I go up there and find out I'm hitting lower with this new setup...I still have the previous boxes....but would be nice to know that this bad back I have now from lifting that damn box was worth it...lol. Thanks again for the good words.
