Hpw to properly change antifrezze/coolant

How to properly change coolant on Toyota Camry 2002.

I have only dealt with old buicks and chevys.

Where is the plug located to pull to drain it?

Oh and shouldnt i use red rather then that damn green crap they out in.

I did the 30000 mile service and i just noticed they changed it to green. I want to chnage it because i hate the green crap and the mud color

i thought your coolant suppose to be pink or red color?
where did you do the service?
the 2002 engines are suppose to be all alluminum, i was told use the red or pink toyota coolant to minimize corrosion for engine, and lubricate water pump.

Theres drain plugs on the block, but I don't usually bother with them.

The one that I do open is on the bottom of the radiator. You'll see something that looks like a thumbscrew.

I take it that you already know how to do a flush on the cooling system, so I won't go into that.

yeah, that is right, you think they will reflush your coolant to pink,
if you tell them that they re-filled possibly the wrong color anti-freeze?

^ Toyota red coolant = long life coolant.

Its also silicate free. The green stuff is not.

I've seen as high as 22 bucks and as paid low as 9something a gallon. I usually buy it when its for 11 bucks and use their 20% off parts+supplies coupon!
