need some exterior mods ideas

I'm getting slightly tired of looking like the next camry out there. I want some cheap quick mods to make mines somewhat stick out from the crowd of camry's but not in the crowd of cars. Yea i know no such thing as a cheap and good mod. But i just want something per say like my friends can notice or see right away that its my car in a parking lot. So little ideas would be nice. Only big thing is i'm getting a grill done for the lower portion of my car. Not sure how to to the upper one between the headlights.

But any exterior mods lower then $50 that just makes my car stand out would be great.

the clear bumper lights i don't think i'll be getting but maybe the clear corners of a gen3 or a aftermarket gen3.5.

well i mean yet all those are great ideas and i'll be doing some in the future but you forgot that i wanted more visible stuff. Also the 50$ range. the s2000 conversion is something i really want to do. the emblems would be ok if no one steals them. i'm going to do the grill thing in a little while. thanks for reminding me on those.

windshield things, headlights wont really be that big of a diffrence.

tails, tints, body kits are over the 50$ range.

custom grille (look at other people's, take your pick) is probably the best you can do without kitting.

I want to do what someone else said he was doing in another thread, sorry, I forgot the person's name and thread, but... take the emblems off and paint them a different color, I would try black for my red Cam. Also like others suggested, grill mods are fairly cheap and easy to do. Other than that, I would not work on the asthetics fo my car, just slap some nice rims on, maybe some clear lenses and I'm done. I'd rather save money to get something nice for the engine

$50 buys a couple of tanks of gas.

Silverstars I think were cool. I like them.
Maybe reverse glow gauges?

Goto Roulette table in Vegas, bet $50 on black and win 12 times in a row letting it ride and buy a Lexus SC430

here's a list of things that...well are under or close to 50 bucks

-washer lights
-spinner hubcaps
-shiny hubcaps
-a not so cool "XR racing" sticker from autozone
-1 undercar neon 36" from autozone
-mesh grill material from home depot (3-10 dollars)
-tint your own windows
-paint your stock grill
-gelcaps over your sidemarker bulbs (autozone)
-blackmagic tire shine (wal-mart, kmart, autozone)
-take your hubcaps off...if you have them and spaypaint your crappy stock rims whatever color you want
-paint your hubcaps
-put little "racing" stickers on your car like fast an furious
-get one of those fake phone antennas that light up (autozone)
-primer your whole car (400 grit WET SANDPAPER, 8 cans of primer to be safe, lots of time on your hands YET under 50 bucks)
-clear turn signals
-hyperwhite bulbs
-rally your car so it's always dirty...that'll stand out
-exhaust tip (wal mart, autozone)
-lakers flags attached to your windows (retarded and sadly trendy but on second thought if you live anywhere in California that won't help your car stand out nevermind)
-buy custom stickers that say "kid killer" or "CAMRY" or "gramma grocery getter" and put them on your windshield
-light-up neon license plate frame

I'm about out of ideas so uh.....lemme know how it goes all i can suggest further is...get a J O B

no hard feelings man i know how it feels to have limited cash but i got a job and that took care of everything

lol kinda fun reading it as well^

well its i have plans for the car, but thats going to be done next summer or unless i get some crazy deals sometime between now and next summer. But right now i'm looking for simple little cheap mods that i can do to keep me busy over the weekends.

all i have listed down is meshes for the grill, remove back emblems and paint them black ( if there are holes in them) maybe i'll get sidemarkers pending on if i find thin ones because i dont like those really super thickones.

why not add pinstripes? Mask the area around the car and paint pinstripes.. you will stick out from other camrys, and for sure your friends will notice yours from many others..
