Question Is this a good price?

Hi everyone.. Just to let you know, the reason i started this name was because i live with my grandmother and she has a XLEv6 camry, and i thought i was getting it, but she decided to keep it for awhile. Now i need one.. and i think a camry is all i want
So i found a BEAUTIFUL one... It is at a trusted private dealership in our area, and he gets the cars from an auction, but they are all lease vehicles, i did a carfax report on this car, and it checked out to be a lease vehicle.. I am going to try to talk him down on price, but i just thought i would get others opinions.. So here goes..

ITs a 2000 Camry LE 2.2 i4
It is the beautiful (in my opinion) dark charcoal, with dark grey int.
It has a spoiler, vip alarm, sunroof, i think it is the jbl sound, 15" alloys that our 99 v6 has
all service and maint. records since new.. I looked at them today when i went to look at it, and they are all from a toyota dealer about 30 min away.. EVERY ONE..
It has a recent timing belt change, and the car, im serious.. looks BRAND NEW.. there isnt a dent/scratch/stain.. anything!
It has 90,XXX miles, for $7950... Usually he will come down a bit.. KBB Sugg. retail says $10490...

I just need to get something else, my car now.. although it looks nice, is getting old, and is a peice of crap.. its a 99 Malibu w/ 130,000 miles and it is dying--
How reliable can i expect a car like that camry to be with 90k starting out? Should i shop around more? It is the exact one i want too...
Our 99 has 107,000 miles and not a problem yet..

Please comment ASAP... i need help!!

Camry's area great car if well serviced. 110K is just a warm up.

Test drive the thing, get it if you like it.

But once you have tried V6, you can never go back.

4 bangers are decent. never drove a camry v6 yet. But looking at all the specs that v6 would fly. i'm happy with my 4 banger for $7k thats a decent price. i paid $5k for my 96 LE, no-leather or spoiler but i have a moonroof and a alarm install but no remote with 75k miles.

When I was shopping for my car I got the chance to test drive a v6 5 speed and it was awesome. The place that was selling it had rolled the odometer back about 70,000 grand though. I mean jeez if you're gonna roll it back, do it a little, don't get greedy. I ended up getting a 4 banger auto but I'm happy with it for now.
