Help! What does "ECT PWR" mean?

Hi,
I have a used 1996 Camry. Suddenly a green light (not red as warning) appears "ECT PWR". Because I have lost the operation manual, can anyone tell me what it means? Do I have to do something for it?

Any response would be very appreciated

Thanks
Person Chiu

From what I've seen, it comes on when you push the "PWR" button near the automatic shifter.

According to the manual, it changes the operation from "Fuel Efficency" to "Powerful" mode. When I've used it, the only difference I see is that it moves the shift point to the redline. Other than that, I can't tell. Maybe it advances timing or something...
