What's The Difference?

Hey guys and gals, I need some help. I am intrested in purchasing an Oil/Transmission Cooler for my '98 S/C V6 Camry. What's the difference between a Oil Cooler and Transmission Cooler? Is one better than the other? Which one would yall recommend? And what brand name should I consider? Is there a web site and/or an auto parts store that would sell the above (stupid question to ask, but I'm new to all this) I just want to take good care of my pride and joy

Thanks for the help and advise.

where in houston are you going too.....Oil coolers are really not needed for our cars, we're not racing (although I-45 traffic can make u feel such)...tranny cooler is what i'd recommned if your hauling people/trailer...but then again, if your a loner..you really don't need it..but if i were to choose among the two..i'd choose the tranny cooler over the oil cooler!

There's no diff. between an oil cooler vs an ATF cooler. They're interchangable. Just get one that fits.

This topic has been discussed numerous times. Check out this old thread.
Best AT cooler?
