help me wit abs code

i did my search...nothing

well i went in to get my struts and springs put on at this auto store by my house, everything went good and after they finish, i start up the engine and the ABS light turns on so im like wtf, then we try to fix it, i talked to my friends and all and they said it must be one of the rear sensor because those could be rip out easily when changin struts and springs, but he hooked up the machine to my care and got the code 14
which is
14 — Short in pump motor relay circuit.
does anyone kno wat that means and how can i fix it???
i think im takin it to toyota on monday but dont want to because its so expensive...
