Does anyone have info on "specter", not sure of the spelling, tail lights for a gen3. Someone in a speed shop said they look phat, and i was wonder if you guys ever heared of them????

Scepter taillights aren't that different from USDM gen3's. The only differences are the center panel, which says SCEPTER, and the outermost section of the tailights, which is amber.

IMO they're not really worth swapping, unless you're really into the JDM look. Check the pic below, which was just posted moments ago in another thread:
