on carwashes, especially ones that actually contact your car, you can get a lot of scatches from them.

naw, rice is an attitude bro... thinkin that just cause ur car looks fast makes it fast... plus constant shit talkin... insulting peoples cars, ect... thats what a ricer is for sure, and if u want to get technical, any import is 'rice'...

Thats MY carwash, and that foam on that brush DOES NOT scratch your car, i have taken my car through about 20 washes through there (ive owned the car for a month) and get them for free... the local race track runs thier Pace Car through there, as do the majority of the local Corvettes, I also have a Supra TT as a regular, a WRX STi, and a 99 3000gt VR4, and they all LOVE that carwash

Dont call my car rice when... well... look at what you have listen for mods on your cars...

2004 WRBP WRX Hks Highpower Catback Exhaust; TurboXS Type-H BOV; HKS Turbo Timer; STi wing, hood scoop and badges,5zigen Copse Rapped in Toyo Proxy FZ4's; Sti Replica Short Shifter; Removed Silencer(this isnt a mod, its for sound...), UpPipe; DownPipe; AccessPort, STi Fog light covers.Woosh....Woosh

1996 Toyota Camry XLE - Champaign/ Tan leather - Stock except for Custom Grille- Daily slave

I am currently awaiting for Sportivo Concepts to Release thier 1MZ-FE TT Kit, and once that is released, I am a FOR SURE buyer of it, Stage 3 package (which includes the built internals)

Yeah, Rice is how you do it. It would be rice if his car had a 4-tone pant job and an unpainted wing... and then he put on neons (before fixing it up). But his coupe is HOT!!!!
Man, that 1mz coupe makes me drool (so does his g/f ) That car is for sure not rice

I agree with Mike.... Just having neons on your car is not rice....it all about how you do it

Now i've put just about $5,000 into my car for bodywork and other misc items and the underbody kit is a great accent for the car, especially at shows. And i'll be damned if anyone whats to call my car rice An underbody kit on some rustbucket is definitely rice, but an underbody kit on a car with basically a whole new body and ready to hit the show circuit is far from rice.

Any of you know how much (or if it's possible) a decent 6" neon would cost?

also, where would be a good place to find one?

They're still cool even on street. It's always a nice accent to roll up to a group with a nice set of neons under your car. YOu just have to be able to back it up

*Which Luis sure as hell can do

Sorry, but that was my opinion. Sorry if I offended you.

Second, all my mods on the wrx aren't rice. It's functional.
The STi hood scoop is functional- brings more air in, the STi wing does reduce more drag than the wrx wing. Now the fog covers protect the fog lights. Our fogs crack very easy because of the the stones that may hit it. And no, not all imports are rice. Rice is when you put 16n inch spoiilers on your car and decals and useless exhaust.

"Ricey" is an adjective of the car based on the car's physical appearance related to it actual performance ratings..
