power window only goes half way up

My drver's side window only goes half way up. It will still go up and down, but it stops half way. I've tried moving it by hand and it wont move. I have a '92 camry and they're power windows. Any suggestions?

sounds like it's sticking on something take the door trim off and clean the rail. also check the motor there should be a coil of wire on there make sure that it's coiled up good.

The window still operates up and down to a certain point. Wouldn't that mean that the motor is working? Is the wire part of the motor or the regulator?
