Anyone that knows alot about camrys maybe able to answer this question..

I noticed on my 1994 V6 camry that when I give her a punch, she goes, and when it shifts into the second gear, the RPM comes down slow to 4000, and then keeps on going...KInd of like the sound of holding in the clutch too long while shifting, it comes down slow like that...Also it will sometimes shift hard, like a jerk, and its noticeable.

I dont think it is the motor mount because I had that problem, and the engine was just moving everywhere, It would even "bark" in second when I had the motor mount problem, and its an automatic.

ANy clues about the shift?? I think I might be low on tranny fluid..

Well, so did you check your tranny fluids then?

All I can say is try to flush it...
