how are b&g lowering springs?

i stopped by this shop and asked for quotes on new shocks and he told me about eibachs which are like $250 and he said i can special order b&g springs that are usually for drag racing. the quote he gave me was around $210. the b&g's also lower the car more than the eibachs but i dunno the exact measurements. can anyone give me any feedback on b&g springs??
