first camry

hey, i just bought my first camry, and it is also my first car
it is an 87, and i was wondering some good places to get performance parts for it. I have been looking for a little bit, but can't really find much. I'm looking for anything and everything, bodykits, to engine mods. I would prefer TRD parts, but i don't know if they still make stuff for the gen 2, so its not that important i guess, but i would rather have trd. lemme know

thanks!
kurt

I don't think TRD makes anything for the Gen2..

but you can get intrax lowering springs, whiteline sway bars, a erunrbi (i know i spelled ir wrong) body kit, and a fwe other parts.

*cough* SEARCH *cough*

seriously man, its all been said before, click the flashy search botton at the top of the page and let your questions be answered.

But, on a happier note! Welcome to the world of the GEN2 Camry. Things can be done to these cars, but it requires work and patients. direct bolt on parts are few and far between. But you can get stuff done with enough effort, and in the end youll have a Unique car

BTW: do you have a 4cyl or a v6? Auto or Stick?

^worst of the bunch IMO, 4cyl auto. It was just in far to good of shape to pass up though, hopefully someday, down the line, it will have a 5spd in there

hey man, ive got a 4cyl auto also.

its not too bad. once you realize the car isnt fast, and its really hard to make it fast, then you can concentrate on other things.

or you can do like me, and swap a 3SGE in there and youll be good to go! did someone 176hp gen2 camry?
