Smile Got a question for anyone who can help me !

I did a search but none came up with the answer i needed, i was wondering how much boost can a Mr2 turbo pressure sensor read ? does 2bar mapsensor actually mean 2bar of boost ? if anyone knows where i can find out id appreciate it thanks in advance ;D

o btw the part number of the one i have is 89420-17030 if that helps figuring out how much boost it can read, thanks again

Luis is correct.

Our atmospheric pressure is 14.7 psi (1 bar) above absolute vacuum.

So 1 bar MAP sensor is for n/a engines.

2 bar MAP = 1 bar of boost, 3 bar MAP = 2 bar of boost, and so on.
