I did a search but none came up with the answer i needed, i was wondering how much boost can a Mr2 turbo pressure sensor read ? does 2bar mapsensor actually mean 2bar of boost ? if anyone knows where i can find out id appreciate it

o btw the part number of the one i have is 89420-17030 if that helps figuring out how much boost it can read, thanks again

the 2bar map sensor only rears 1bar of boost.

Luis is correct.

Our atmospheric pressure is 14.7 psi (1 bar) above absolute vacuum.

So 1 bar MAP sensor is for n/a engines.

2 bar MAP = 1 bar of boost, 3 bar MAP = 2 bar of boost, and so on.
