Oil on one spark plug

any one have any advice on what the problem might be
93 camry, 4cyl 5 sp, 228k miles.
i have oil only the spark plug, spark plug well and coil, on the right most one on the passenger side, and the rest of the 3 spark plug and the inside the spark plug well, coils are all dry. no loss in performance, or gas mileage, no blue smoke.

Possibly worn rings or valve guides. A compression check would help to verify.

i called toyota dealer and described to them wut my problem is,
he said there is a sparkplug tube, and the oil might be leaking from the threads, there is no o ring, and recommended me to go to hardware store, buy some teflon tape to apply on the thread to stop the oil leak into the tube, but the tube requires special service tool to take it out.

i don't think there is any way, that teflon tape will resist the heat of the engine. i think it'll probably just melt and make things worse.

i was able to take one tube out, and i found nothing in there. i'm hoping that my leak was either from a busted ring or a leaky valve seal. i'm replacing both the seals and the ring.

You need to clean out the oil out of the valve cover, replace the tube seals and gasket. While your at it, replace the spark plugs.

again where are the tube seals?? are those the ones that sit under the nuts that hold the valve cover on?

I don't see how oil is supposed to get thru the grommet, past the nut, and defy gravity to climb the rest of the way over the top of the tube, getting thru the spark plug boot and back down to the plug, without you seeing any signs of this evil conspiracy.

Are they leaking at the top or bottom?

Yes.

And the sparkplug tubes are either screwed or pressed into the head.

If the tube is leaking, isn't it obvious? Due to the fact that the valve cover would be covered in oil, atleast around the plug in question.
