Tail lights help.

Hi everyone. My 3rd rear brake light broken for a while now so I don't think it should contribute to what's going on.

So when all the lights are on at night, the tail lights work fine (shine dim like they should). When I brake however both lights should go brighter, but they don't. The right side goes completly out and only the left light indicates that i'm stoping. Both lights have been replaced and the fuses look fine.

If you look at the bulbs for your tail lights you will notice there are two fillaments. The reason for this is there are two separate circuits involved, the circuit to your brake lights on one side is probably broken, or shorted out on the other circuit causing your tail light woes.

Just my guess...

Thanks but the're both brand new. Hmmm

On and BTW a few months ago, my gears have been acting up. If I go past 25MPH to shift to second (downshifting or upshifting) it makes this horrible grind noise. If it's below 25 it's just notchy or more tough to shift. Clutch is pushed all the way down.
