Guage Needles - I need Help!

How do you remove the needles from the guage cluster??? Are they just on there tight? Ive tried pulling them but there pretty tight, and wanna just check if thats what u do.

- Im putting the reverse glow guages in.

and u can slip the gauges over carefully, dont need to remove them

DONT REMOVE THEM!!!...if you manage to you might damage ur speedo accuracy...you have to slip the needle through the center hole of the gauges...dont be afraid to bend the indiglo a bit

i removed mine it wasn't that hard and i did it to the gauges i made i needed to change the color of thr needles. it's not that hard to reposition the needles at all.
