Need Help With Strange Braking Problem

About two weeks ago my 95 Camry LE with a V-6 motor developed a puslation in the front disc brakes. The brakes only begin to pulse when I get down under 10 mph. At higher speeds they work fine. Along with this at the same time, whenever I press the brake pedal the "R" position lights up on the shift lever dash indicator. I assume it is a fault indicator but I can find nothing on this in the forum. The pads and rotors are only about 6 months old and are in excellent condition. What is going on here? I need some help.

Broken wire in the trunk wiring harness on the left side. Caused by flexing to much.
