opinions on SAFC

For those who are FI, what kind of SAFC are you running, and how easy were they to install? I have read about the APEX, URD, and Greddy. Are there any others? I am leaning toward URD since there is a kit with the injectors, but I am not certain. Any help, opinions, and their own experiences with the SAFCs would be great. Thanks.

My s-afc works allright. Just make sure you get the car tuned properly with it. Guessing on the settings can lead to an engine rebuild.

I've been running the Apex-i SAFC for some time now without any probs. It yielded 10whp @ 4psi. Worth every penny.

You can DL the manual from http://www.apexi-usa.com/documentation.asp

Installation is a matter of sniping one wire and tapping the rest like this http://www.pbase.com/toycam/image/12448592

Here's a diagram for the 1MZ-FE ECU pinout http://www.pbase.com/toycam/image/12448593

As for making adjustments, it's fairly easy. Most tuner shops are familiar with them. Ask to make sure of course.

*Note: install may be diff for your application.

Edit: forgot to ask...how aggresive do you intend to do with your setup? The SAFC has limitations.

The 4in 4out is not voltage, its "sensor type 4".
Got SAFC, never did set it up. Will do that after I P&P and rebuild the engine. Definitly need a dyno to tune.
