Unhappy passenger headlight wont turn on

hey everyone...i converted my headlight to xenon for like a month now, but for some reason i turn in on this morning, the right side turned on and then shut off. i found the fuse box and pulled out both fuses that's labeled head rh and head lh and the driver side still on after i pulled both fuses off...oh btw i have a 2000 camry. so i don't know if somthing is wrong with the wiring or its the wrong fuse...tnx in advance.

Check to see if the bulb blew out, my xenon high beam on the left side blew out, as i noticed shards of blue glass all over the whole inside headlight compartment.
