Help! Service issues

I am fairly new to the Toyota family, (03 Camry LE 4cyl), and need to know what all service is necessary to keep me rollin to about 300,000 miles. The service tech told me to:

flush tranny oil every 15K
coolant flush every 20K
alignment every 20K

Are these all necessary so soon? I drive 120 miles a day and those services would sneak up on me "constantly", so if anyone has driven their camrys to the 300 mark or close, please let me know what services you performed regularly and how well the car held up.

Thanks

Seems a little drastic to me too. Toyota extended life coolant
should last atleast 40-50,000. I don't know anyone that flushes the tranny every 15k. There is no real time schedule for alignments. You could get one today and knock it out next week. As required.

Regular maintenance and servicing is all it takes. Don't ignore trouble signs and keep an eye on levels between changes.

Most importantly, don't drive it like a maniac.

The new toyota coolant goes about 90k. You can change it a little early if you want. Unless you're driving the car pretty hard you shouldnt need to change the trans fluid every 15k. 30k should be ok. If you're doing nothing but stop and go in the city I'd change it every 15-20k. The spark plugs don't have to be changed until 120k. There is no timing belt to be changed on your 2az-fe. Toyota say to change the oil every 5k. That's what I would do if running synthetic. Which isn't a bad idea since your engine is new. Just stick with synthetic forever if you use it. If using reg. oil I'd change it every 3500. And like karazy said don't drive it like a maniac. If you do drive it hard look into a trans. cooler from B&M and do the trans flush every 15k.
