Void Extended Warranty

Another uninformed issue:

I purchased the millenium gold warranty with my 03 Camry LE 4cyl for $1995 last January. Will mechanics only honor this warranty if I have my car serviced at Toyota every 5,000 miles, or will doing what service I see fit be enough. For example, I get my oil changed at various places, rotate the tires when they really need it, have the transmission flushed every 36,000 miles rather than 15,000, flush the coolant every 60-90,000 miles, and so on. My car is far from neglected, but it is not "bottle-fed" like others. Should I keep paying for the warranty taking a chance on rejection of coverage, or cancel it before its too late. Any similar cases?
