I am the F*#& New Guy.
Cool site. Definitely more active than Solaraguy.com... Well, I used to own Mustang GT(I am an asian and my asian friends used to give me S*&^... ), but totalled that sucker driving in a snow last Feb...
Just got myself a 99 Solara SE V6 with only 23,000 miles on it, and I love it. It doesn't have that neck snappin' V8 torque, but I hope few mods will take care of that...
See u guys around.
Jay

Welcome to the TN !

My friend has a Mustang, 96 6 cyl, in white, I think it is pretty badass, he's got it hooked up pretty well.

I used to be crazy about that car...
I had Saleen bodykit on it with 18" rims...
I was saving up to get the roadster tanneau cover with the roll bar.... Oh well..

It's definitely a fun car, but Mustangs are not as "sophisticated" as Toyotas or other Japanese cars... Interior makes so much NOISE!!! and the engine vibration!!! you get the picture..

Definately welcome! Well....you think you had it bad...I had to drive around in a Taurus Wagon for a year after my SHO died....and I am half-Japanese myself. So, when you look back and think you had it bad...just think of me driving my folk's station-wagon (it did have a custom fabricated 12 JL in the tirewell....but it was still a wagon). I liked to call it the Ghetto-Grocery-Getter. But anyways....yes TN gets 100 times more traffic than Solaraguy....I think it's mainly because their servers are so damn slow...who knows. But welcome...and hope to hear lots from you.

Welcome!

Oh you remind me of a chinese guy I saw on the street driving a Camaro - that's just a bit unusual.

tmanana: what's your other half if you don't mind me asking?

Yea solaraguys might not get as much traffic due to the fact that solara is not too popular compare to the camry, and Camryman.org/TN includes both camry and solara (or avalon) and I can't find any reason to separate them in the first place.

You know, I just like good looking cars with good mod potentials... I just don't favor both extremes... I mean redneck cars(trust me, there are few in Mustang message boards), and totally riced out ones (Mustangs, Camero including) with flying wings and stickers and wrong badges i.e. Civics type R ...(I don't mean to offend anyone..)

By the way, I am 100% Korean.

Elegant.....don't mind at all. I am half caucasian/half Japanese. Besides the fact I am 6ft3, have a little different background since it is my mother who is caucasian. Typically, around here there are a lot of "war brides" and such....so most people are suprised that it is my father who is asian. Well anyways...there's my background  Big old mutt!
