Looks like a scam, look at "read feedback comments"... most of them is private, he's not above 98%, which i'd never buy from someone with a 97% or below. there have been a few complaints about his chips not working on certain cards....

look in the camry FAQ's... and you'll come accross that these cheap little horse power increasing chips you will find off ebay just plain dont work....
