Problem with needle

I searched couldnt really find an answer but is there anyway to realign the speedo needle i had to remove it as some glue got caught in it i pulled it straight up and it moves fine now it just isnt at 0 and when i start the car it jumps up to 50-60 or around there i think anyone can help???

well the needle was messed up with glue so i removed it the oem faceplate wasnt staying on so i touched a little glue on that first put everything back together, just have the speedo connected and in place start up the car and then replace the needle should be at 0, thats what happened for me
