y does the car sway side to side?

whenever i go over a slight or big bump my car tends to sway side to side im just thinking its the alignment but also my tires are pretty worn out. any idears?

also i hear noise coming from the rear of the car like its sounds like the suspensions are messed up cause its like rapid thud noises cant exactlly explain it but there is just noise coming from them whenever going over bumps. any ideas here too?

could be a blown strut....check for leaks on all 4 corners...tho it sounds like it may be one of the rear ones

yeah, if you push down on the corner of each rear bumper, and let go, if it back bounces more than once, you probably need to replace the struct

hrmm ill check into that cant get a real good grip on the bak sides due to its a wagon but ill see wat i can do
