rsm questions for camry

i drive a gen 4 , 4 cyl. 1998 camry ( 5fse)

i have a speed limiter that kicks in at about 115 mph...
the wiring diagrams for the rsm do not include the camry in the booklet and ive heard people have gotten rsms install on camries

my questions are:

1) when i get it installed will i be able to turn off my speed limiter

2) ballpark figure of the installation cost.

anyone who can put some input on this one would help a grip !

any camries out there even another gen put some input on this one too ! THANKS !
