I think u can move them manually. If u look towards the bottom or the middle of the B-pillar, this is a small door that u open and in there there is a small wheel that u can move with ur finger and manually move the belt. Maybe they are stuck or maybe u blew a fuse...check it out. Incase u dont know, the B-pillar is the metal bar in between the front door and the back door. From the inside of the car this is the bar that runs from the roof to the floor in between the two side windows and next to the front seat. ...Anyways look on both of them (passenger and driver) and check it out. Also dont forget to check ur fuses. hopes this helps

The seatbelt control module is in the center console. Sometimes they get shorted out with spilled pop/coffee. You could see about picking up a replacement from a wrecking yard... Speaking of the automatic seat belts, anybody think those little motors/nylon belts might be good for some other use?

My sister's 90 Camry is having a seatbelt issue as well. The problem is that it is stuck in the front position. With the door closed I wheeled the belt back by hand part way. I opened the door and it returned to the front position. I tried disconnecting the rubber switch directly behind the motor, but the belt still returned to the front position. Besides completley disconnecting the motor what else can I do?

Thanks
Josh
