I'd go with either NGK or Denso Iridium plugs. They are a bit pricier than their standard/platinum electrode counterparts but they are well worth the money. I have a set of Denso IQ16 Iridium plugs in my 89 camry and they are awesome, much better throttle response, gas mileage and smoothness. They run around 10-12 bucks a plug which may seem like a lot but being that they last for 80-100K its well worth it. Check em out bro.

Densos were Toyotas inhouse supplier till they went on their own. NGK is who makes most of the plugs for Japanese cars. Iridiums are prolly the best, but like was stated they may be overkill. I have also had good luck with Bosch Platinums and I know they make a quad electrode, that is pretty expensive. Good luck removing them and don't break 'em off or you'll have a real treat. Plugs are good enough today that I don't think the manufacturer really matters.
