I found that on ebay, I wonder if it's good to put on my cars. Also I don't know what's the brand of that thing yet. My car is disc on front and drums on the rear. Is that setup in the pictures are the same???

Can't say I've heard of the company and frankly, just so you know, it'll take A LOT more than rotors to do a rear disc conversion.
Your best bet is to go to a junkyard and find a v6 model of the same generation as yours and just start tearing things off. You'll need pretty much the entire rear braking assembly.
that doesnt look too bad at all. my front right disc is stuffed, its really rippley and been machined down twice already so no more :P time to get some funs, spend an hour or 2 cleaning up and fitting =) im due for new brake pads as well.
