Don't worry i already searched and learned...

I have to change my front motor mount and am just wondering if there are any tricks? it looks like its going to be a pretty tight squeeze. I'm just looking for some pointers

What year and what motor? The front motor mount style varies.

its a gen 3 I4

its usually assumed gen 3 i4, but it helps...

the front mount is mad easy to change.

i would suggest to remove the front exhaust pipe if it gets in your way. the AC unit might get in your way... i dunno, just take off whatever gets in your way... make sure you put a jack under the motor to relieve the stress on the dogbone while you are changing the front mount. i'd suggest putting it where the tranny joins the block. it should relieve the pressure nicely there...

do i remove the bracket thats connected to the engine and exhaust as well? then it would lift straight out...almost...
