what a month man NEED HELP

By now, im sure everyone knows all the issues im having, knock sensors and what not. So last night i pull my car out of the bay at work, i was cleaning up the remote starter in my car, tested awesome, all i had left was the clutch bypass. Nothing in my cluster is working, and the check engine light, thats on due to the knock sensors, is EXTREMLY faint and almost flashing, my door chime is going off when it wants, cruise control is not functioning, not even my windows, after a few miles, the radio dies, and the clock dies, then my lights, i immediatly pull over shut the car off, the engine functioned perfectly. I go to start it.....dead. I get a jump, dies in a minute. So im assuming its my terminal on my battery that i just replaced. Maybe a ground wire that i pulled to hard....maybe an alternator problem. Any ideas? ECM?? thats the one i hope its not. Does anyone know if the ECM isnt getting a full supply of voltage, while it not properly function the Speedo or tach???? Any input would be great, im at work, the cars at the house, i have a new alternator here that was waiting for the audio system, but i can throw that in with the larger wires. And i even have another set of terminals for it.

Any help would be awesome

Ive now redone 100% of the power and ground wires in my car, tested the battery, it was dead, took a full charge, my alternator is not on, however its not getting any signal from the status wire, which i tested and is fine.....looks like my ecm now, i pulled it out and opened it up, no signifcant signs of damage, but i talk to a guy i get honda/acura ecus from and will replace it with a new one for 180.00, which is pretty cheap. But i guess ive tossed him alot of business anyway.
