Problem installing header :'( help plz!!!

My only problem installing my Pacesetter header is attaching the o2 sensor. the bung that was welded onto the header has threads for an o2 sensor to screw into. I was told buy the guy I purchased the header from that the oem sensor screws out of the mounting plate that bolts onto the oem manifold. this is not true. i also tried this on a $50 Bosch o2 sensor and broke it.

hes full of crap,, u have a header for a newer model,, return it.

Buy a universal single wire O2 sensor (screw in type).

Cut the plug off your existing O2 sensor, solder, and heatshrink.

I figured that all O2 sensors would be the same.

What is this heatshrink you speak of?

Heat shrink tubing.

it is rubber insulation for wiring, when you heat it it will shrink in size.

You'll need this because you are cutting your wire from the o2 sensor to the ecu. It needs to be patched.
