help powersteering fluid leak

the fluid in my powersteering RESERVOIR is going down at an adnormal rate and i have been refilling it. i have a leak somewhere and can't seem to find it. i checked the hoses around the RESERVOIR and the seem to be ok. i did notice my cv boot is alittle wet. any suggestion is appreciated.

btw car is a 98 avalon v6

You just answered you own question. Its most likely the boots. My boots were both broken and I didn't notice any leaks on the street under the car. My resovoir did go down though. Turns out it leaked when I started driving around.

Its probably the same for u 2. If your boots are broken, your probaly gonna have to change your cv joints 2. Good luck with everything.

The rack and pinion is leaking. poke a hole in the rack boot (not the cv boot!!!!!!!) and youll see the fluid pour out.

Ahhhhh.... that's probably my problem. Had a coupon for a free inspection, and they said my front seals, valve cover gasket, distributor o-ring, and rack & pinion were all leaking/needed new seals. But no fluids are vanishing at a noticeable rate, lest of all power steering.
