Removed cat during header install. Now my camry farts.

I installed my Pacesetter header on my 3SFE. The cat had to be removed to install the header. Now I get a really really nasty fart sound coming out of my straight-flow performance muffler.

The pipe work the guys did on the muffler when they installed it was that they only went 2.25" pipe halfway back. Could this be creating the farting and rattling sound?

Fart sound result of no cat and/or no resonator. Put highflow cat and resonator back.

if you still have the res on there i think it should sound fine...plus without a cat youre not gonna pass inspection

We don't have emissions inspections in Montana.
